Heim Management was built on first-hand experience, we were building property and holiday-let businesses before the sector became mainstream, and we’ve seen how guest expectations, the market and the wider economy can change.
Our business is led by a qualified financial adviser and mortgage adviser with more than 20 years’ experience in financial services. That career included commercial and personal lending, building distribution channels and developing business opportunities for major UK banks and building societies. It gave us a strong understanding of performance, investment and long-term planning.
But we don’t see a holiday home as a set of figures on a spreadsheet. We own and manage two of our own homes alongside our growing client portfolio, and have renovated properties ourselves. We know what it takes to turn a house into a place guests want to stay and to keep it performing well over time.

We can help owners prepare a property for guests, from renovation and design through to furnishing and final set-up. We work with trusted local teams and suppliers across Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde to help bring each home to a high standard.
